Hdajee Terms & Conditions — Clear, Simple, and Transparent

These terms and conditions apply to the Hdajee platform and all associated services. Hdajee is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

By using any Hdajee service, you confirm that you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of them, please refrain from using the platform.

• Hdajee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Users will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The Bangla version of these terms and conditions shall be considered the official version.

To create an account on Hdajee, you must register with accurate and complete information. Only one account is allowed per mobile number. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be penalized.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth during registration.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password strictly confidential.
• Sharing or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Hdajee may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes.

Providing false information during registration will result in account termination and possible forfeiture of your balance. Hdajee follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy and reserves the right to verify any suspicious account.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place bets on Hdajee. No Hdajee services are available to minors.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• If there is any doubt, Hdajee may request documents to verify a user's age.
• If age cannot be verified, the account will be suspended.

Hdajee supports easy deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are fully secure and encrypted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Outside banking hours, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by the user's account level.

Once a bet is confirmed on Hdajee, it cannot be cancelled. All bets must be placed before the match begins or within the designated time window.

• Odds in live betting can change at any moment.
• Hdajee reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake will be refunded.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as 1.0 odds.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on a single event is prohibited.
• Hdajee reserves the right to review any bet if an unusual betting pattern is detected.

Specific rules may apply to cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Full market rules are available on the platform.

Hdajee offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and special promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• To use a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Each promotion can only be used once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Hdajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

To maintain a fair environment on the Hdajee platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic or coordinated betting to exploit the bonus system.
• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings and balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

Hdajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• In the case of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Balances in suspended accounts are kept safe and returned once verification is complete. For permanently closed accounts, balance refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Hdajee makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but there are certain matters beyond its control:

• Hdajee is not liable for service disruptions caused by internet or network issues.
• Hdajee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Hdajee is not liable for any loss caused by issues with the user's device or software.
• Hdajee is not liable for service outages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

Betting involves financial risk. Wins and losses are entirely the user's responsibility. Hdajee is a platform provider only and is not liable for any personal financial losses.

Hdajee may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance.

• Change notifications will be sent via email or displayed as a banner on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
• The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.
